Hi Everyone. I just submitted a program for this IG. The program is called "Changing Lives Through Literature". The program is based on a model developed by the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth in 1992, twenty states use this model as a diversion program. We collabrated with Fremont County Youth Services to establish our own juvenile offenders diversion program. Hopefully you will learn about all the steps we took to get the YouthSservices, Court System, Judges and our Director involved. I hope this sounds interesting for all.

I have an idea for a presentation, but haven't been to a lot of these conferences, so I'm not entirely sure whether there's a market for it. What do you guys think? See summary below.
Know Your Audience
The last thing we all have is time to waste. Make the most of your public relations and marketing efforts by knowing who you are talking to, how to reach them, and what they want to hear. This workshop will explain an audience-based approach to library public relations and advertising. We’ll apply the concept to specific examples such as creating fliers and brochures, managing websites, and communicating with media personnel.
